Core Executive Co-Certification Programme Enrolment Terms & Conditions:
1. Enrolment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment of the participation fee. Seats are allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis.
2. Corporate members may nominate a substitute for the August Programme by giving at least 5 working days’ prior written notice before the start of the Programme, subject to Chamber confirmation.
3. The Chamber may decline enrolments or cancel the Programme if necessary. In such cases, a full refund of the participation fee already paid to the Chamber will be made.
4. No refund will be made for no shows or for cancellations received within 30 days before the start of the August Programme. For cancellations received at least 30 days in advance, a refund of the participation fee will be made after deduction of an administrative fee equal to 10% of the fee.
5. Priority is given to corporate members. All enrolments are subject to final confirmation at the sole discretion of the Chamber.
6. The Chamber may take photos or videos during events for publicity or marketing purposes. Attendance implies consent. Participants who wish to opt out may inform the Chamber in advance.
7. Participants agree to indemnify the Chamber and the hosting party against all liabilities for property damage, physical injury, or death in relation to this event. Participants are advised to obtain their own comprehensive insurance coverage.
8. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
