HKGCC is proud to present the HKGCC Youth Summer Career Programme 2026 — a 4-day Chamber-led career launch programme designed specifically for ambitious students aged 16–23. This is not another classroom summer course. It is a high-impact, application-focused experience that bridges the gap between school and the workplace, giving young talent direct access to business leaders, real corporate environments, and the human skills that matter in the AI era.

Programme Agenda (27–30 July 2026) Day 1 – Monday 27 July Foresight, Personal Branding & Executive Setup Participants begin the programme with an immersive Future Thinking & Foresight Lab that sharpens their ability to navigate uncertainty and think proactively about their careers. This is followed by an exclusive Power Lunch - Junior with the HKGCC leader, offering a rare opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue. The afternoon centres on Personal Branding and Interpersonal Skills, equipping students with the confidence and presence needed to create powerful first impressions. Day 2 – Tuesday 28 July Corporate Immersion & Individual Presentation Participants gain invaluable real-world insight through an immersive workplace visit to Cathay City, learning how to observe and understand professional culture and expectations. The day continues with a Power Lunch - Junior with a senior industry leader and individual self-introduction presentations, where they refine their personal storytelling, receive expert feedback, and record a professional personal branding video they can use for internships, university applications, and networking. Day 3 – Wednesday 29 July Self-Awareness, Team Dynamics & Presentation Skills Participants explore deep self-awareness and team dynamics, learning how to identify their unique strengths, working styles, and how to collaborate effectively with others. A Power Lunch - Junior with a senior HR leader offers candid career advice, while the afternoon’s pitching and presentation skills workshop equips them with the tools to communicate ideas clearly, persuasively, and with lasting confidence. Day 4 – Thursday 30 July Future Thinking Synthesis & Career Launch Showcase Participants synthesise everything they have learned into a cohesive personal career strategy and showcase their growth through a creative group presentation in front of HKGCC executives and industry judges. The day includes a final Power Lunch - Junior with a senior business leader and culminates in awards, graduation, and celebration, leaving participants with renewed self-belief, practical skills, and a genuine competitive edge for their future internships and careers.

	Wendy Siu Founder, Elegance Institute Wendy Siu is a distinguished entrepreneur, business leader and coach with 40 years of professional experience, including 28 years of entrepreneurial success. As Founder and CEO of Heather & March, she has built a benchmark company in luxury homeware and lifestyle consultancy, fostering exchanges between France, Hong Kong, and mainland China. In 2025, she established the Elegance Institute to mentor senior bankers, corporate leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals, guiding them toward sustainable success through soft skills and internal elegance. Beyond entrepreneurship, Wendy has played a pivotal role in cultural diplomacy. She holds high French national honours, including Chevalier of the Legion d’Honneur and Officer of the National Order of Merit, recognising her contributions to commerce and cultural exchange.
	Dr Cecilia Leung Director, HKGCC; Adjunct Assistant Professor, HKU; ACC accredited executive coach Dr. Cecilia Leung is Director of Strategic Initiatives and Trade Certification at the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce, where she oversees trade certification services and leads initiatives including chamber strategy, executive education, and digital transformation. With experience spanning corporate, academic, and professional development environments, she focuses on leadership development, organisational transformation, and building capabilities for the future of work. A strong advocate of servant and humanity in leadership, Cecilia is passionate about developing people and helping organisations navigate change, particularly by bridging generations of talent and equipping professionals with the skills and mindsets needed to thrive in an increasingly complex digital landscape.
	Donald B Ma Founder / Principal Consultant, MilestoneThree Donald B Ma is a high-energy consultant and trainer with over 30 years of international experience across Wall Street, NASDAQ-listed firms and startup ecosystems in the USA and Asia-Pacific. He specialises in client communications, pitch and presentation excellence, persuasive storytelling and breakthrough sales performance. Donald frequently speaks at sales conferences and innovation summits, and has delivered workshops at HKU, CUHK and HKUST. Passionate about startups, he has supported ventures raising over US$10 million. Through his company MilestoneThree, founded in 2016, he continues to empower professionals and students to unlock their potential through impactful communication and presentation skills.
	Helen Or Principal Consultant, Explorer Futures Lab Helen Or is a veteran strategic advisor, executive coach and foresight practitioner with over 30 years of experience across Asia. As Principal Consultant at Explorer Futures Lab, she helps leaders and teams bridge current challenges with future-oriented strategy and scenario planning. Helen is a Certified Foresights Practitioner and has coached more than 2,000 professionals and over 300 youth leaders in leadership and collaboration skills. Her expertise includes foresight, scenario planning, transformational leadership, mindset development and team dynamics.
	Anna Or Certified Lumina Spark Practitioner / Principal Consultant, Explorer Futures Lab Anna Or is a seasoned leader with nearly four decades of experience across technology, business strategy, digital transformation and leadership. She has held senior roles across major conglomerates including Cathay Pacific Airways and John Swire and Sons (HK), and brings deep experience in data, technology and organisational change. As a Certified Lumina Spark Practitioner, Anna helps individuals and teams understand strengths, working styles, communication patterns and team dynamics. Her approach combines analytical rigour with human alignment, helping participants translate self-awareness into practical workplace behaviours.

- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis. - Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted. - The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued. - No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher. - Priority is given to corporate members.
