HKGCC Youth is one connected platform that supports young people from secondary school to university to the workplace — pairing ambitious students with Hong Kong's business community through mentorship, real business challenges, workplace exposure and career opportunities.
Every HKGCC Youth programme belongs to one journey. Students can join at any stage — from secondary school → university → the workplace — and stay connected with the Chamber for life.
Senior Secondary Students & above Open to senior secondary school students and above, including undergraduate and postgraduate students. Student Ambassadors contribute to HKGCC Youth through project-based opportunities, including events, outreach and communications.
The programme offers young people an opportunity to gain practical experience, contribute their ideas and stay connected with the HKGCC Youth community.
University students Students from local and overseas higher education institutions can join the Chamber as Student Associates — HKGCC’s membership category for students. Every Student Associate automatically becomes part of the Student Associate Club (SAC), with no separate application required. Through SAC, students can connect with the business community through networking, career development and leadership opportunities.
Alumni of the youth journey graduate into the YEC — a club of young business executives aged 45 or below who are Chamber members. YEC strengthens fellowship and develops next generation business leaders through networking, intellectual exchange, community contribution and events designed for young members.
Secondary school students
Launched over two decades ago, the programme bridges Hong Kong’s business community and secondary school students through company visits, talks and first business exposure.
University students
Led by the Young Executives Club and supported by the Home and Youth Affairs Bureau, the programme equips students with training, mentorship and internships to launch successful careers.

Formerly the Business Case Competition
University students tackle real business cases set by corporate sponsors — applying classroom skills to develop solutions for real-life business problems, with mentoring, judging and internship pathways.
Students aged 16–23
The Unreplaceable Edge — a 4-day career readiness programme held 27–30 July 2026, where students learn from Chamber and business leaders, gain workplace exposure through a company visit, practise presenting with confidence, and unlock interview and internship opportunities.
