Karina Wong has expertise in tax compliance, business restructuring, cross border transactions, tax due diligence and advising on the taxation aspects of mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound investments and implementation of tax effective strategies. With many years of experience in serving entrepreneurial individuals and families, she also focuses on providing clients with direct access to a comprehensive suite of personalized services to ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients, such as business and asset management structuring, succession planning, mobility advisory services, philanthropic planning, family governance and family office advisory.

Karina joined EY in 2007 bringing considerable experience and expertise as a tax advisor to mid-market clients in Australia. She has been building and maintaining a strong network within the family office community by participating in associations, organizing networking events and collaborating with other professionals in the field. Karina is a regular speaker for events organized by reputable private banks, multifamily offices and industry associations including the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (HKVCA), Private Wealth Management Association (PWMA) and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Hong Kong.

Janet Hung, Chief Operating Officer, NF Trinity

Janet Hung is the Chief Operating Officer at NF Trinity. She manages and handles the daily business operations of the company, working closely with department heads to support the day-to-day activities. Prior to joining NF Trinity, she spent 15 years in PAG where her last position was the Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer, focusing on Credit and Markets strategy of the firm. PAG is a leading Pan-Asia focused alternative investment company. She has extensive experience on developing financial strategies for investment portfolios and funds, as well as designing and structuring of investment funds.

Before joining PAG, Janet commenced her professional career at Ernst & Young, where she focused on the audit of investment funds for four years. She also worked at JP Morgan's Asia Equities Financial Control team before. Janet graduated with first-class honor in BSc Management from London School of Economics and Political Science. She is a fellow member of ACCA.
