With more than 38 years of international business experience spanning entrepreneurship, corporate governance and cultural diplomacy, Wendy Siu is a respected entrepreneur, cultural diplomacy consultant and trusted advisor to international businesses, luxury brands and distinguished individuals. She is the Founder & CEO of Heather & March and the Founder & Consultant of Elegance Institute, an executive development academy dedicated to strengthening the human-centric skills that remain essential in an increasingly AI-driven world, including communication effectiveness, executive presence, relationship building and cultural intelligence.

Widely recognised for her contribution to strengthening business and cultural ties between Hong Kong, China and France, Wendy is among the few Hong Kong leaders to have been honoured by the French Government on three occasions, including receiving the Knight of the Legion of Honour, France's highest national distinction. Her achievements reflect decades of commitment to international business, cultural diplomacy and cross-cultural collaboration.

A pioneering business leader, Wendy made history as the first Asian woman appointed to the board of French-listed champagne house Laurent-Perrier. She also served as the founding President of the Hong Kong Chapter of Les Lumières de Paris, becoming the first overseas appointee to lead the organisation outside France. Over the course of her career, she has built an extensive network across the business, diplomatic and cultural communities of Hong Kong, Mainland China, France and beyond.

Wendy currently serves as a Commercial Letting Panel Member of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority, a Member of the Hong Kong France Business Partnership Committee of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), Honorary President of Les Lumières de Paris Hong Kong Chapter, and Vice Chairman of Alliance Française de Hong Kong. - Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis. - Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted. - The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued. - No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher. - Members paying with their BOC HKGCC Visa Card will enjoy a 30% discount on their reservation. The discount is only applicable to the card holder, and does not extend to their guests. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with Chamber Coupons. - A $60 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber. - The Chamber reserves the right to take photos and/or video recordings during the event.
