HKGCC Business-School Partnership Programme 2015/16
2015年9月10日
Since 2001, the Chamber has been organizing the Business-School Partnership Programme to connect the business community and secondary schools with the aim to improving our young generation’s understanding of the corporate world. I write to sincerely invite your company to join this meaningful programme for the new school year. Through a wide range of activities of your choice, such as company visits, leadership talks, interview workshops and job shadowing, your company could help enhance students’ exposure and experience in businesses operations and related skills.
I am confident you share our belief regarding the importance of connecting schools with businesses for the development of Hong Kong’s future manpower. Just in this past summer, a career sharing session was organized with the participation of members of the Chamber’s Young Executives Club to engage students in group discussions about their education and life planning. More of these kinds of activities will be organized, which does rely on the active participation of our members. Accordingly, I urge our corporate members to join the programme and match with a school to come up with appropriate activities for students during the 2015-2016 school year.
More details of the programme can be found on this website: http://www.chamber.org.hk/en/events/school.aspx. Each month, the Chamber’s Bulletin magazine also covers the programme’s activities to acknowledge the efforts made by our member companies. Please return the sign-up form (click to download) before 9 October 2015 to Ms Kylie Lau, via email at [email protected] / fax 2821 9539 or call at 2823 1239 for enquiries. Looking forward to your continued support of the Chamber.
