Selina Kam, Senior Talent Development Consultant, Sino i Training Centre

Selina Kam is a seasoned learning and people development professional who has trained and coached more than 33,000 leaders and executives from 133 organisations across the Asia-Pacific region. She has served as Corporate HR Director and Head of Learning & People Development in listed companies, where she was responsible for succession planning, talent strategy, and leadership development. Since 2011, she has provided consultancy and training to government departments, universities, the HK International Aviation Academy, banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, construction and property firms, Big Four accounting firms, FMCG companies, NGOs and more. Her expertise spans leadership and management, financial planning, sales and service, as well as a wide range of soft skills.

Selina brings a rare combination of solid academic grounding and real-world corporate experience. She is a doctoral candidate and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge, as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees from Western University in Canada. She received a Distinguished Trainer Award from the Hong Kong Management Association and led a Regional Graduate Development Programme that received the HKMA Citation for Career Development Award. She has also been interviewed by HK Economic Times, the South China Morning Post and Oriental Daily on topics such as customer experience and engaging younger generations.

- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis. - Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted. - The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued. - No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$120 deduction, whichever is higher. - Members paying with their BOC HKGCC Visa Card will enjoy a 30% discount on their reservation. The discount is only applicable to the card holder, and does not extend to their guests. The discount cannot be used in conjunction with Chamber Coupons. - A $60 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events.
