She has served as Corporate HR Director and Head of Learning & People Development in listed companies, where she was responsible for succession planning, talent strategy, and leadership development. Since 2011, she has provided consultancy and training to government departments, universities, the HK International Aviation Academy, banks and financial institutions, insurance companies, construction and property firms, Big Four accounting firms, FMCG companies, NGOs and more.
