CIRCULAR TO ALL MEMBERS No. 3/12

Dear Members,

The Annual General Meeting of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday, 24 May 2012 at Meeting Room N101, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.  A cocktail reception and registration of members will start at 5:00 pm.

Six members of the General Committee are required to retire this year and have confirmed their wish to stand for re-election. They are:

- Mr Oscar Chow, Executive Director, Chevalier International Holdings Ltd - Dr Fu Yuning, Chairman, China Merchants Holdings (International) Co Ltd - Dr Aron H Harilela, Director, Hari Harilela Ltd - Mr He Guangbei, Vice Chairman & Chief Executive, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ltd - Dr Raymond Kwok, Chairman & Managing Director, Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited - Mr Y K Pang, Director, Jardine Matheson Ltd

Any Chamber member intending to run for election to the General Committee should submit a completed nomination form to the Chamber on or before 30 April 2012.
