Youth Leadership Development

Developing the Next Generation of Business Leaders

HKGCC Youth Leadership Development connects young people with Hong Kong’s business community through one integrated platform spanning secondary school, university and the transition to the workplace.

Leveraging the Chamber’s extensive business network, our programmes combine business exposure, practical training, mentorship, real-world business challenges, workplace experiences and career opportunities. They help young people build business understanding, professional capabilities and connections, while enabling companies to engage emerging talent, strengthen their employer brand and contribute to Hong Kong’s youth development.

From the Business-School Partnership Programme and Youth Summer Career Programme to the Pitch Perfect Programme, Business Innovation Challenge and career opportunities, HKGCC Youth creates a continuous journey from first business exposure to career opportunity — with ongoing engagement through Student Associate membership, the Student Associate Club and, ultimately, the Young Executives Club.
