20 January 2006 To: All Carnet Users and Chamber Members, Dear Sir/Madam, The Certification Division of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce aims to provide high quality customer-oriented services. In light of the increasing demand in using the ATA Carnet, with effect from 1 February 2006, the application forms can be collected from our 6 branch offices which are all located near the MTR stations (a list of locations is attached). However, you still have to come to the Carnet Office at Mongkok for the submission of application, the collection of signed document and the return of used document for discharge of deposit. We hope this new arrangement will help you spend less travel time on the application process.
