Following the success of last year’s inaugural reception, the Chamber is delighted to host the 2nd edition of European & American Alumni Cocktail Reception, in partnership with alumni associations from leading universities and business schools across Europe and America.
Join us on 22 October at The Hong Kong Club’s Garden Lounge for an evening of premium networking and intellectual exchange. Meet distinguished alumni, business leaders and HKGCC members from some of the world's most renowned academic institutions while expanding your professional network across industries and borders.
Whether you are reconnecting with fellow alumni or building new relationships across different university communities, this reception offers a unique opportunity to engage with Hong Kong's internationally connected business community.
Kindly note:
• Participation fee: HK$420 per HKGCC & Alumni Association Member, including free-flow drinks and canapés.
• Places are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register early to secure your place.
• Dress code: Business attire is mandatory by Hong Kong Club. Jeans, denim, T-shirts, tracksuits, shorts, sports shoes and flip-flops are not permitted. Guests who do not comply with the dress code may be refused entry without a refund.
- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of payment, on a first come first served basis.
- Booking transfer is allowed for corporate members with advanced notice, walk-ins are normally not accepted.
- The Chamber reserves the right to decline any booking or cancel the event. In such case, a full refund of the participation fee will be issued.
- No refund will be made for last minute cancellations or no-shows. If the booking is cancelled at least 5 days before the event, and in such cases the refund will be subjected to a 10% administration fee, or HK$100 deduction, whichever is higher.
- A $60 handling fee per person will be charged for all offline bookings (e.g. fax, e-mail, post) for all Chamber events. Go online today by downloading our app or registering on the HKGCC website to save the environment and money.
- Priority is given to corporate members. The decision to accept or decline any booking shall be at sole discretion of the Chamber.
