Dr Robert Edmonson is the Principal Consultant of Paradigm21, a leadership and organizational development centre offering customized executive coaching and talent development programmes to inspire changes and help individuals unleash their full potential. With a team of seasoned professionals, the company has been helping their clients in 45 countries navigate through strategic planning and difficult decisions.

Paradigm21 joined the Chamber in 2009, and has worked closely with the Chamber by writing business articles in The Bulletin and delivering seminars and leadership workshops to provide new perspectives for business leaders. Robert says getting involved with the Chamber increases the company’s visibility, credibility and reinforces their corporate image.

He and his colleagues also frequently attend the Chamber’s social and business networking functions to broaden their network and hear about the views and concerns of local businesses. The Bulletin also provides their team with useful and valuable information that look at current and future trends.

“From our perspective, HKGCC is the oldest and most reputable chamber in Hong Kong. It is a very positive and trustworthy organization. Since we became a member, everything we have done has so far been very effective and meaningful,” Robert said, adding he believes HKGCC membership is a valuable asset for any business.
