Simmons Bedding & Furniture (HK) Limited

We tend to take sleep for granted, but the quality of sleep can profoundly affect how we feel and function, as anyone who has not had a good night’s sleep can attest to. As one of the leading names in the bedding industry, Simmons’ mission is to improve the quality of sleep for everyone.

“We are committed to developing superior products for our customers,” said Vicko Tam, Director and General Manager of Simmons Bedding & Furniture (HK) Limited.

Tam joined the company in 2006 and he knows the industry inside out. But he hasn’t always been in bedding, having over 30 years of work experience in a wide range of sectors, from auditing to trading to construction and equity fund management. He joined Simmons to take up a senior management role in the company’s operations side, covering Hong Kong, Macao and Mainland China.

To expand and strengthen its business networks, Simmons joined the Chamber in 1996. Since then, the company has built up new connections with multinational corporations as well as local and international business leaders across a broad spectrum of industries.

“HKGCC is a resourceful and professionally run organization that provides companies with a wide scope of services, from documentation, workshops and staff training, to informative seminars, advertising services and venue rental. We are glad that Simmons has made good use of the Chamber’s platforms to grow our business over the years,” said Tam.
