General Committee Election at the Annual General Meeting Supplementary Note

14 May 2009

Dear Member, In view of questions raised on Postal Ballot Paper, the Scrutineer has made the following rulings. As the Scrutineer has the sole discretion and power to decide on the validity of postal ballot papers and its decision will be final and is not subject to further review. Scrutineer's Rulings on Postal Ballot Paper 1. If the Scrutineer receives on or before the deadline from a member company one and only one postal vote, whether it is on Chamber's provided postal ballot paper or on a photocopy of it, then it will be validated provided it is properly filled in and signed. 2. If the Scrutineer receives on or before the deadline from a member company more than one postal vote on Chamber's provided postal ballot paper and/or on photocopies of it, but all of which are identical in voting, then they will be validated as one and the same vote. 3. If the Scrutineer receives on or before the deadline from a member company more than one postal vote and they are not identical in voting, then that member has cast multiple postal votes and they will be all invalidated. Regards, Alex Fong CEO
