Dear Sirs Implementation of PN and Modified CO Requirements For Textiles Exports To EU In view of the implementation of PN with effect from 15 March 2006 and modified CO requirements with effect from 16 April 2006, CO application covering Hong Kong made textiles exports to EU will be affected. Traders are advised to make advance planning and preparations to ensure that their CO application can comply with the changes. Date of PN implementation and grace period arrangement, CO requirements for shirts or blouses and the use of special declaration code are the areas that traders have to pay more attention to.
